Come and provide administrative support to the Volume Fraud Team.
As a Volume Fraud Administrator you will ensure all call for service fraud data and other fraud data is recorded appropriately and where necessary forwarded to Action Fraud/National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. You will also conduct local intelligence checks prior to an investigation being allocated to an officer.
What you’ll be doing
-Request PND and Know Fraud checks, as well as compiling intelligence logs relevant to a fraud assessment to gather and provide intelligence.
-Contact witnesses to obtain evidence such as CCTV and complete enquiries in the early stages on an investigation.
-Create crime reports ensuring that recorded crimes are classified in line with national and local compliance standards.
The must haves
-To have or willing to attain the Financial Investigation Administrator (FIA) status’.
-Able to maintain orderly, accurate and up-to-date paperwork.
-Able to provide a high-quality service to colleagues, victims and members of the community.
