We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Child Care Workers in the Herefordshire areas for many children’s residential care homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights, and weekend duties.
As a Residential Child Care Worker (RCW) working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable.
2. Keeping up with patient’s personal hygiene and wellbeing.
3. Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated.
4. Communicating and supporting the patient’s relatives and carers.
5. Dealing with children in the home that have complex needs (behavioural, trauma, abuse).

Minimum Requirements:
* A valid enhanced DBS.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* 6 months experience in the last 2 years.
* Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
* Full UK License held for 2 years.
* Over 21 years old.
* Previous experience working with children is required.
