Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Requires highly developed specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience having worked in senior clinical positions.
2. Professional knowledge acquired through degree supplemented by post graduate diploma specialist training, experience, short courses plus further specialist training to masters equivalent level.
3. Additional specialist knowledge in clinical products.
Desirable criteria
1. Leadership qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience
Essential criteria
1. Experience in the management of a complex, multi-site portfolio.
2. Experience of implementing strategy with evidence of monetary savings and innovative ways of working.
3. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of performance measurement.
4. Demonstrable knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.
Desirable criteria
1. NHS experience.
2. Experience of implementing e-commerce processes and systems to suit the needs of the service.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
