Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with a leading leisure and hospitality business to appoint an HR Business Partner on a 6-9 month FTC basis. This is a regional (hybrid) role and you'll be expected to travel across regional sites 3 days a week, working from home 2. Responsibilities of the role include: Providing generalist HR support, advice and guidance to colleagues across your region Managing employee relations casework, absence (including long term sickness) and performance management Carrying out HR audits across the region to understand areas of focus Coaching line managers Delivering group HR initiatives and projects We're keen to speak with experienced HR Advisors or junior HR Business Partners that are keen to gain exposure in a fast paced environment and generalist remit. You'll ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and have experience of managing ER casework and a varied remit.
