Join us in our mission of Designing Kitchens for Life Salary: £25,000 What you’ll be doing Achieving A grade Vendor performance, you’ll manage the stock portfolio across multiple vendors in various countries, ensuring achievement of customer compliance targets and optimum levels of inventory for customer demand. Reviewing recommended purchase orders, you’ll prepare daily, weekly and monthly supply plans as appropriate, alongside managing the purchase order book by expediting and/or deferral to maximise fulfilment and stock turn. You’ll confidently, regularly and effectively communicate with suppliers, including hosting monthly supply meetings, to identify, action and highlight potential supply risks to the Supply Planning Team Leader and UK Supply Planning Manager. Liaising with Suppliers, Agents and Transport companies you’ll ensure on time delivery. Your skillset for performance: With good communication and effective relationship building skills, you’ll work with internal teams / colleagues and external stakeholders. Having the ability to work as part of a team, you’ll support new initiatives and processes. Good analytical skills and an organised and detail focused working style will help you succeed in this role. Do to the fast nature of the business, the ability to prioritise and re-plan quickly and issue resolutions is key. Preferably you’ll hold previous supply chain experience, with experience of general systems.
