Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator - Starting Monday 31st March
Location: Deeside
Hours: 8am - 6pm Shifts - alternate within these hours (8-4 /9-5/10/6) 37.5pw
Pay: £12.21ph
Purpose of role: Long term sickness cover
Duration: Minimum 3 months temp

Detail of Duties/ Responsibilities:
Handle in and outbound calls.
Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
Log jobs on internal system and ensure they are attended to within given timescales
Ensure stores are updated on all jobs/courtesy calls
First point of contact for Stores, Contractors and Suppliers
Send weekly reports to contractors to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and that they adhere to key performance targets
Liaise with contractors, colleagues, external suppliers and stores to maintaining good relationships.Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships.
Positive and proactive "can do" attitude
Able to adapt and manage change as and when the business requires
Computer literate with excellent standard of IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
