Within this role, you will foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, driving the growth and success of our business. Your efforts will ensure that new referrals are managed smoothly, and our clients receive the quality care they deserve.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for workforce planning and rota management. Your background in a healthcare setting, recruitment agency, or care operational planning will be highly advantageous.
Training will be provided in care management and CQC setting, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
