We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager - Compliance to lead the development and execution of compliance initiatives for our gambling platforms across online and retail environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet all legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards while maintaining an optimal user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, customer experience, operations, and technology teams to ensure our gambling platforms remain compliant and secure.his is a full-time, This is a permanent position, working remotley with a competitive salary depending on experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on compliance features and functionality for online and retail gambling products.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and opportunities, integrating them into product development cycles.
Ensure that compliance requirements are embedded into product design from the initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with the legal and regulatory teams to understand and interpret relevant regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), responsible gambling, GDPR, and regional gambling laws.
Proactively monitor changes in gambling laws and regulations to update product features accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with technology and CX teams to design features that ensure compliance without compromising user experience.
Collaborate with the responsible gambling team to integrate tools that promote safe and fair play, such as self-exclusion and limit-setting tools.
Product Development:
Drive the development of tools and processes that streamline compliance-related tasks, such as automated KYC checks, AML monitoring, and reporting.
Oversee the development of product features that enhance transparency and security for users, including data protection features, audit trails, and secure payment systems.
Reporting and Documentation:
Ensure proper documentation of compliance processes, updates, and product development iterations.
Your knowledge and experience
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and user-centric design.
Deep understanding of gaming industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of gambling regulations, particularly in both online and retail environments.
Experience working with compliance frameworks such as AML, KYC, GDPR, and responsible gambling initiatives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
