The Senior Wellbeing Officer will be responsible for providing welfare and wellbeing support services to students on a range of issues. The post holder will be familiar with the Central University Support Services and offer relevant signposting and follow up support. You will manage a full case load, support and liaise with the Junior and Middle Common Room representatives and work closely with the porters and Junior Deans. You will be responsible for wellbeing interventions and activities with the understanding that while the Wellbeing Team do not offer mental health support, we do triage and signpost students to spaces where they can access relevant support.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. Hours of work: Normal office hours are 35 hours per week. Normal hours of work are 8.30am – 4.30pm, with an hour for lunch. Some flexibility will be required according to particular responsibilities; including some evenings and occasional weekend working. The post-holder will be expected to work such hours as are reasonably required to carry out their duties to the satisfaction of the Head of Student Wellbeing.
