Job Description
3. Evaluate insurance claims and make decisions based on policy terms and conditions.
4. Maintain communication with policyholders, keeping them informed of claim progress.
5. Work closely with the team to ensure efficient processing of claims.
6. Update and maintain accurate records of each claim.
7. Handle queries related to claims from both internal and external customers.
8. Understand and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
9. Continually strive to improve service delivery in the Claims department.
10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Claims Handler should have:
