* Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
The Role:
* Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
* Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
* Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
