Our client is looking for an office based Paralegal - Conveyancing

Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
* Prepare and review legal documents, including dispositions, standard securities, and missives
* Conduct title searches and property investigations
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction progress
* Draft and submit Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) forms
* Handle client onboarding and file management
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Paralegal qualification or equivalent legal qualification
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a varied caseload
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
