Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for all HR-related support across the business and will have the autonomy to manage a wide range of people practices.

* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
* You will have a deep understanding of employment law and be able to provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing international organisation, offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including recruitment, training, and development.
* To advise on employment law and provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
* To contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
