Sales Co-ordinator with Freight Experience
Full Time position to work side by side with the Commercial Director. Based on an average of 40 hours, primarily Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (shift patterns may vary depending on business needs).
We are recruiting a Freight Sales Co-ordinator for a multi-award-winning, dynamic, and fast-paced expanding logistics business with a strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with carriers, reviewing market trends and rates.
2. Researching and developing new UK and international sales opportunities.
3. Maximising sales opportunities with existing customers across all modes of transport: air, ocean, and road.
4. Communicating with customers to build relationships and understand their business needs.
5. Reviewing emails with sales quotes, FCL, LCL, Road & Air.
6. Working closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
7. Maintaining systems and CRM.
8. Attending networking events to promote the business and build relationships.
Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
* Experience with data freight or model trans is preferred.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* A motivational attitude to contribute positively to the team.
