The Executive Assistant will play a key role in optimising executive productivity by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and strategic coordination. Key duties include: Compilation of monthly board report and other reports Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments, developing meeting agendas and materials, minute taking and following up on actions CEO diary &Travel management Event planning Building a working knowledge of the Companys internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective engagement as required and acting as Company liaison. Data analysis and maintaining databases /filing systems Preparing professional PowerPoint/ Canvas presentations &Power BI Reports Proof-reading documentation Conducting research and providing insights when required Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the Executive Team provide timely updates and reports to support the Companys strategic objectives Assisting in execution of key business initiatives Proactively suggesting ideas to enhance the coordination and collaboration of the Executive Team Undertake any other duties which would reasonably fall within the job title.
