Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity in Flixton, Bungay for an experienced Chef Manager to join and lead the onsite Catering Team of 4, working onsite daily Monday to Friday.
Working at our prestigious food manufacturing client site in Flixton you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient preparation of meals and service for the 600 employees on site.
You will plan, cook an ensure a high standard of presentation for all meals alongside your team of 4. Alongside this you will also have responsibility for the control and monitor financial performance of the unit to deliver on pre budgeted GOP targets.

About You Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
* NVQ chef qualification or equivalent
* Experience of catering management
* Experience of managing a food service team
* Experience of managing budgets
* Experience of delivering training using company guidelines
* Computer literacy
* Good standard of financial acumen
* Food Safety Qualification
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff at all levels
