Job Description
£28,000 - 30,000 per annum

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, directing the F&B team to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and managing the business to ensure it is profitable. The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible for managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.
Carry out Duty Management shifts according to DM ROTA and business needs.
The job role responsibilities will be discussed during the interview and confirmed through your offer letter and contract.
We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:
* Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
* Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
* Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
* Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
* Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
* Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

* Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
