Salary: Band 5: £28,407- £34,581 per annum + NHS benefits

Role overview:
As a Healthy Child Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to all eligible children and families.
1. Carrying out ongoing health needs assessments for all children and families within the community
2. To provide health visiting support and advice within the community and clinic setting
3. Working as part of team of wider team including: GPs, Midwives, Early Years Workers and Children’s Centre staff

The Ideal Candidate:
10. Registered General Nurse
11. Community, District nursing or Health visitor experience
