Payroll Specialist About the Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Huntingdon - PE29 Job Type: Temporary Rate: £250 per day JGA are partnered with an leading insurance broker that are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid based role. You will be required to travel to the office based in Huntingdon 1 day per week. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Utilize strong Excel skills to perform payroll calculations, data analysis, and create insightful reports. Oversee and prepare payroll reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved. Provide guidance and support to a junior staff member, fostering their development within the team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and reporting operations. Skills Required: Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables. Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate reporting. Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable.
