We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to fill full-time Teaching Assistant roles at a newly established independent special needs school in Hungerford, West Berkshire. In this role, you'll provide vital support to children with autism who experience behavioural challenges.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. To be successful in this position, you should have experience working with children with special needs or behavioural difficulties, be knowledgeable about effective behaviour management techniques and be willing to assist with personal care.
The role offers a starting rate of £93.48 per day, with an increase after 12 weeks, and the potential to transition to permanent employment with the school. The school is conveniently located near Hungerford station and offers a dedicated car park for easy access.
