Our Customer Success Team (CSM) plays a vital role in ensuring schools and educators get the most out of our services.To support this team, we’re looking for a highly organised Graduate Admin Support professional to help streamline processes, manage documentation, and enhance customer experiences.Role OverviewAs graduate Admin Support for the Customer Success Team, you’ll provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), helping them manage customer accounts, schedule meetings, provide onboarding and training, process data, and handle general administrative tasks.Key Objectives and Main Areas of ResponsibilityAssist CSMs with data entry, customer account updates, and documentation.Deliver exceptional customer support to all Eteach customers, offering training and support through the use of email, telephone and online training to ensure all customers are aware of the full value of their Eteach services.Help schedule meetings, follow up on customer requests, and update the internal CRM system daily.Compile customer success reports, track performance metrics, and maintain dashboards.Assist in refining workflows and improving administrative efficiency.Draft and send follow-up emails, reminders, and newsletters as needed.Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.Skills & ExperienceExperience in customer success, recruitment, or a SaaS environment would be an advantage.Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and customer management tools.Strong written and verbal skills to support internal and external stakeholders.Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.A problem-solver who takes initiative, and has a high attention to detail.Works well with colleagues and cross-functional teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits package - including health insurance and enhanced pension scheme.Quarterly commission structureCareer growth & development opportunitiesA supportive and innovative team culture - working out of our Cardiff office.If you’re an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting customer success, we’d love to hear from you!
