We are now seeking to recruit an Account Executive to join our Sales team and help support capitalise on the vast market opportunity in front of us. The role of Account Executive: The Account Executive role will play a fundamental role in helping the team maximise revenue with existing clients as well as supporting on new business opportunities. The role offers the chance to work across all of the Will It? team as well as clients from multiple industry sectors and all levels of seniority. Reporting into the New Business Client Director but also having strong linkages to one of the Existing Client PODs, the role will have a sales support target for the year and the opportunity to take on individual responsibility for new sales once product and client experience has been gained. You will be responsible for: Joining new business calls to support Client Directors on new opportunities, taking next step actions. In conjunction with Client Director writing client proposals (first/second draft – programmes, final draft – speech & conference). Preparing and managing contracts for all new business opportunities (working with Client Director/Managing Director on final wording approval as required). Supporting on all new business RFPs for new and existing clients Scheduling meetings and handling day to day client relationships in relation to all new revenue opportunities (for existing and new clients). Keeping notes up to date on HubSpot for their opportunities. (creating opportunity, close date, all notes from sales call, add tasks, follow up on tasks). Creating with relevant support the fee estimator for sign off on all of the new deals you are associated with. Liaising with clients on all contracts through to final signature. Working with the Sales and Resourcing team to ensure accurate forecasting through effective pipeline management in respect of relevant timelines, project scope and resources required. Working with the Client Directors, Consultants and Project Managers to ensure effective client handovers. Play a key role in lead generation activities for new business opportunities, e.g. referrals, LinkedIn, LinkedElf connections, Client Mapping, Pearlfinders, other tbc campaigns. You’ll be based in or commutable to London. Our office is in Hammersmith but we take a flexible approach to working and working from home is possible when needed… it’s all about performance and how you achieve results, not where or when. The person we are looking for: Ideally has 1-2 years’ experience in any customer centred/sales business environment Is a strong team player Great sense of pride in all aspects of your work Ability to meet tight deadlines, be agile and spin multiple plates Proactive approach to day to day work Comfortable working with people at all levels of business, inside and outside the organisation Very well organised, thorough and with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy A strong communicator, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication Experience of using a CRM, ideally HubSpot Strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to be flexible within the role The rewards A forward-thinking organisation with an outstanding culture, flexible approach to working and a huge desire to enjoy our lives. A base salary for full time employment of £27-30k p/a dependent on experience. Up to 15% annual bonus (based on personal performance and company performance). 22 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year of employment up to 25), plus a day off for your birthday and company time off across the Christmas period.
