As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Tillo you'll work closely with Kavita, FP&A Manager at a pivotal time for the department, this is a great opportunity to influence the shape and direction of FP&A at Tillo

We're looking for a proactive individual who will influence and support the growth of the business leading the way with business analysis, reporting, forecasting and representation on data projects within Tillo.
The department has just implemented an industry leading reporting and planning software designed specifically for FP&A. This new tool will transform the speed and agility with which FP&A can deliver reporting and analysis in the business and we are looking for the right person to help evolve and lead this new age for the function.
We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
If successful, you will
* Confidently collaborate with teams across the business and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to feed into data-driven analysis and insights that drive strategic, financial and commercial decision making.
* Own, prepare and deliver regular performance reports on Financial KPIs with demonstrable skill in storytelling and communicating effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Lead as a finance data steward to centralise and harness data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity through data validation and quality control procedures.
* Support with preparation of budgets, forecasts and models to influence strategic and commercial decisions that drive the business forward.
* Adapt with ease to deliver ad-hoc analysis under time-pressure with known and unknown data to support current and future commercial priorities.
* Continuously seek new ways to understand and leverage financial insights and own building new reports and dashboards in a user-friendly manner to share these insights with internal stakeholders.
* Have a growth mindset with a passion for documenting knowledge, information, insights that support business intelligence and an aptitude for continuous process improvement towards scalability and automation to deliver those insights quickly and flexibly.
About you
You're a curious problem solver, with a few years of experience in an FP&A role (or similar). You'll bring:
* A self-starter mentality, taking initiative and actively seeking out information to drive and communicate financial insights and building reports and presentations.
* A curious mind-set with a passion for analysis and problem-solving with a proven track record of implementing solutions
* Strong organisation skills and comfortable working with high volume datasets - ideally you have experience working in a fast growth, scale-up environment.
* Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and visual languages.
* An eye for process improvements, automations, and embracing new reporting technologies
* Intermediate Excel user with a passion to constantly learn and improve.
