We are currently looking to recruit an Inspection Workpack Coordinator for a role in our Technical Services department at the ENGTEQ Office. As well as working within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, the successful candidate will enjoy a structured career development in the field of Integrity Management.
This role is ideally required on a full-time basis, however a degree of flexibility will be considered for the right candidate. The role will be highly client facing and will require frequent visits to client premises for regular engagement / meetings.
Candidates should possess the following skills:
Essential
* Team Leadership - ability to act as a focal point for managing the end-to-end Workpack Process
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
* Good knowledge of common NDT Techniques and their application within the integrity management project.
* Experience of inspection management databases, including ENGage
* Experience of mentoring and developing other team members
Desirable
* Ten years’ experience in inspection related activity, general office practice, technical data handline systems and general support.
* Willingness and capability to build on existing skills and develop professionally
* Good understanding of inspection process and technical data.
* Future vision and enthusiasm
Candidates should live within commuting distance of CAN’s Aberdeen Office and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
