Job Title: Talent & Learning Administrator

Salary: £24,243
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering the transactional administration activities for session and delegate management activities associated with training courses
* Providing a wide range of supporting administration for the Talent & Learning Team
* Working with established internal and external customers/suppliers to define processes in providing a seamless service to customer
* Carrying out general team administrative tasks, including issue of forms, processing certificates, updating training records, post etc
* Participating in regular team meetings
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Proven administrative and IT skills within a fast paced environment
* Due to the variety of activity undertaken across the team it is critical that the role holder has strong organisational skills, collaboration skills, good time management and attention to detail
Desirable:
* Administration experience within a training department for example booking training courses, booking rooms and travel
* Experience of using SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Coupa an advantage

The Talent & Learning team:
The key focus of the Talent & Learning team is to support all our sectors in arranging the necessary training for their delegates to maintain competence and ensure all legal and mandated training is up to date.
