As a member of our management team, you will support our secretarial and associated administration support teams, delivering high volumes of patient correspondence and answering telephone enquiries from patients. Part of this role will be to manage governance administration for clinical and non-clinical Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and available for all staff.

Validation of our waiting lists will be a key part of this job, so experience of RTT pathways and booking appointments is desired. Excellent IT skills are essential to the role, which must include Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
