The Wernick Group is UK's largest and longest standing National provider of permanent and temporary modular buildings and site accommodation, is looking for a talented individual to join their team as an Assistant Business Support Administrator in our Business Support Department.

As an Assistant Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. From managing utility contracts and liaising with suppliers to coordinating welcome packs for new starters, your efforts will be at the heart of our business support activities.
About The Role
What You'll Be Doing:
Utility Management:
* Record, monitor, and upload monthly utility meter readings to supplier portals.
* Prepare annual spreadsheets for utility readings, ensuring functionality and formatting.
* Resolve utility bill discrepancies and liaise with brokers on contract renewals, quotes, and agreements.
* Oversee utility connections, disconnections, relocations, and meter installations.
Branding & Marketing Support:
* Administer orders for branded vinyls, business cards, and stationery.
* Maintain and update the vinyls and signage catalogue with marketing.
* Ensure timely delivery of stock to depots and reorder low-stock items.
Stock & Induction Pack Management:
* Organise and dispatch welcome packs for new starters, ensuring up-to-date content.
* Maintain stock levels for key fobs, water bottles, and induction materials.
Service Contract Administration:
* Administer contracts for water, waste recycling, hygiene services, and more.
* Keep boiler service records up-to-date by liaising with depots.
Ad-Hoc Support & Coordination:
* Handle ad-hoc signage requests and liaise with suppliers for approvals.
* Coordinate one-off requests across departments, ensuring smooth processing.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
