Salary:
£35,000 to £42,000 per annum plus benefits (Gym membership, private healthcare, pension scheme, up to 8% annual bonus)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Client Manager to join our vibrant team.
Role Overview:
As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing a team of 5 staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accountancy services to our diverse client base. This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant looking for the next step in their career, offering the opportunity to progress and take on new challenges within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of 5 staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
* Develop and maintain close relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing bespoke accountancy solutions that support their business objectives.
* Review and provide constructive feedback on accountancy work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Drive the adoption and proficient use of Xero within the team, ensuring that all processes are efficient and up to date with the latest accountancy practices and technologies.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
* Participate in the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Qualified or nearing qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an accountancy practice.
* Strong leadership skills with keen willingness to manage a team and develop staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and regulations.
