Job Description
Large in-house team are looking for a data specialist to join the team on a 12 month FTC. You will provide proactive internal support in maintaining pensions databases, calculations/processes and online/offline information resources. You will be an integral part of the Data Centre managing and cleansing member data and providing support within the Member Services Team to deliver member-facing services, processes, and communications including annual Scheme events and Auto Enrolment Services.
2 days working at home, 3 days in their central London office.
About the Role
* Work within the data resolution team to continually report on data quality, resolve issues, and report via the Pensions Quality and Engagement Delivery Manager corrective actions required by HR/Payroll.
* Supervise the processing of AE data files and the production of communications; where data causes issues with AE, escalate to the business unit.
* Ensure that member self-service via the web is operational, investigating and solving issues that arise, escalating to the Pensions Systems Team Leader when the cause requires a development fix or support from an external supplier.
About You
* 5 years' relevant systems and pensions experience of maintaining and supporting administration systems of large defined benefit and/or defined contribution occupational pension schemes, preferably in an online self-service environment, ideally gained within the corporate pensions sector.
* Broad knowledge of specific pensions legislation and HMRC requirements relating to occupational pension schemes.
* Advanced technical skills in pensions admin software (interface, development, and reporting skills).
* Strong IT literacy and experience in Pensions Office software.
* Able to investigate and resolve system and data issues.
* Pensions knowledge, especially interaction and impact of data for benefit purposes.
