EPUT is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join Old Age Community team based at Sydervelt Centre, Canvey Island. The team provides services mainly to the Dementia patients and to elderly patients in Rochford, Rayleigh and Canvey Island. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership for the assessment and management of dementia patients in community and to functional older adult 70 in the catchment area. The post holder will be the Approved Clinician for patients detained under the Community treatment order. You must have full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register, with an appropriate CCT or equivalent or be within six months of obtaining your CCT on the date of the AAC.
