Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Logistics Manager is responsible for developing and executing the warehouse and logistics strategy in line with company plans. The role involves coordinating and managing all levels of warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving and dispatching of goods. What You'll Be Doing: Warehousing: Develop and implement warehouse strategy, supervise space utilisation, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Logistics: Introduce KPIs, review and enhance logistics processes, oversee all incoming and outgoing goods, and ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments. Recycling: Supervise waste management and maintain site cleanliness. General Duties: Conduct appraisals, mentor and develop staff, foster teamwork, and maintain a clean warehouse environment. Occasional Duties: Participate in meetings, foster integration between operations and other sectors, and perform additional tasks as requested.
