Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation. The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Prior experiences with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls.
* Past experience working with online customer support is a plus
Further Job Requirements:
* A Bachelor degree is a must. Master degree is a plus.
* Being reliable with deadlines and can work under pressures.
* Know how to use camera for professional photography is highly appreciated
* Create visually stunning website banners and imagery to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.
* Experiences with creative job like design, social media can be a big advantage.
* Good know-how of Canva platform or relevant design tools is a plus
* Knowledge of fulfilment processes or courier tracking systems
* Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Willdesk)
* Interest in personal care, grooming, or wellness sectors
