This will include: Supporting the effective planning, organisation of agendas and meetings. Overseeing the distribution of relevant documents including preparing meeting documentation and report collation. Capturing relevant discussions, actions and decisions made from team meetings and meetings with external stakeholders. Stakeholder engagement Support communications with internal and external stakeholders, building effective and collaborative relationships. Organise, plan, implement and maintain systems for exchanges of data as well as supporting the wider team with managing their work. Project Support The Team Coordinator will also provide direct project support as and when required for the Team as well as managing smaller projects with management oversight. Assurance support with assurance activities to support the Change Delivery Team. The Team Coordinator role is an essential function to the team and the post holder will be required to have excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills. It is essential that the post holder possesses excellent communication skills and pays close attention to detail. The role is an excellent step into the world of Change Management within HMPPS and the successful candidate must possess a desire to develop themselves within the role.
