International Sales and Marketing Manager

This is a senior full-time role, leading Aqua-Media International's Sales & Marketing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic new member of our management team, who will also be a hands-on player within that team.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with an interest and understanding of the need for renewable energy and water resources management, with a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong aptitude for communicating with international people, and building up business relationships.
Experience in international sales (preferably in publishing), would be an advantage.
We operate a hybrid system, with full-time people working a minimum of three days a week in the office (in Wallington, Surrey), and two days at home, so residency in the UK is necessary.
The main elements of the position are:
Promotion and sale of
* display and classified advertisements in the (printed) bi-monthly International Journal on Hydropower & Dams, and our annual reference book;
* banner advertisements, industry guide logos and other options on the website;
* sponsor boxes on technical maps and posters;
* exhibition stands and sponsorship for the company's international events;
