We are looking for a passionate, experienced trainer to join our team and help drive Supportive forward into the future of healthcare training. This role will involve delivering, facilitating, teaching, mentoring and engaging training sessions.
Assessing learners’ progress and providing personalised guidance to help the individuals achieve their learning goals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility of delivering innovative training solutions, feedback on training materials, identifying new and creative ways to engage learners and a keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Mentor and support staff in their professional development.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress using internal and external training platforms.
* Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on training objectives.
Requirements
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Previous experience in teaching and training.
* Minimum NVQ level 3 Health and Social qualification.
* Willingness to pursue further qualifications (support provided).
