Start Date: Week Commencing 01/12/2024.
Pay Rate: £12 p/h plus an additional £3 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 10:00pm-6:00am.
Week 1 & 2 Schedule:
Mon: 04:00-10:00
Tues: 04:00-10:00
Sat: 04:00-10:00
Purpose:
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who prioritize customers while championing and promoting our products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Serve customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with products.
3. Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. Utilize digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
