This includes working closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects. Qualifications • RIBA Part 3 • Minimum 2 years industry experience post part 3. • Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM. Responsibilities Managing the design process from RIBA Stage 1 - 5 completion for all projects. • Management of all day-to-day operations of your assigned packages and tasks. • Collaborating closely with the Directors, and external consultants to produce full design package as required to meet and support your teams demands. • Procuring surveys, investigations & reports necessary to facilitate design. • Overseeing the design & technical coordination on site to ensure a timely delivery to handover. • Attending site when required to address planning meetings, construction queries and to regularly review progress and keep office/site relations running smoothly.
