About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide continuous cover and support throughout the Rennie Grove Peace shop network and / or to work on specific projects as required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Experience in retail or charity sector.
Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.
Good people management skills.
Hands on leadership skills.
High energy and a passion for the charity.

At Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, we're all about making every moment for our patients and families, and you can play part in that. We will support people of all ages who are affected by a progressive life-limiting illness and those who care for them, to live as well as possible by providing choice and ease access to a wide range of palliative care and bereavement services across West Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We provide care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life limiting illness, and their families, visiting day and night. It's important work and, to make it all happen, we need talented and passionate people.
If successful, you'll join on the first working Monday of the month so we can best support you with our structured induction programme.
