Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established client, within the Financial Services industry, who are seeking a new Administrator to join their team. The role will focus on the administration of mortgage accounts, specifically lifetime mortgages, interacting with customers and/or their personal representatives. Responsibilities will include supporting the manager with: Complex lifetime mortgage administration Letter writing, phone calls, emails and updating data Research and preparation of Management Information, including team, management and board reports Providing statistical information for legal recovery procedures Administration of deceased customers or long-term care, Powers of Attorney and other third party authorities Preparing and issuing standard or bespoke letters and/or email responses Accurate maintenance of spreadsheets Maintenance of departmental manuals Liaising with third parties including solicitors and estate agents To be considered for this role, you will need the following: Previous experience within an administrative role Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial Confident with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and third parties Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data, create and maintain spreadsheets, and prepare graphs Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills The company offer a salary of up to £27,000 plus competitive benefits package, along with the option to work from home one day per week once fully trained and settled into the role.
