Scheme Manager (16 hours p/w) required in Ormskirk We are seeking a Scheme Manager to support our client on a temporary, part-time basis in Ormskirk. You will be working 16 hours per week, across 3 days (Monday, Wednesday and Fridays). Your new role Carrying out periodic health & safety compliance checks and assisting to identify issues, raise work orders and manage reactive repairs Morning check ins with the most vulnerable residents on site Voids, viewings, lettings and sign-ups Managing low level anti-social behaviour and rent arrears Maintaining a positive environment for residents and encouraging engagement within the scheme & community Responding to general enquiries and complaints Providing basic advice/guidance regarding benefits and mental health - signposting where appropriate Keeping up to date and accurate notes & files on housing management system What you'll need to succeed Experience within a similar social housing setting and working with vulnerable adults Understanding of housing & tenancy management principles - experience of dealing with voids, repairs, ASB, arrears, lettings Knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities What you'll get in return Weekly pay Hourly rates up to £16.50 per hour Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella 16 hour per week temp contract What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
