Role: Office Manager Location: Portsmouth (Initial travel will be involved) Salary: Up to £35k per annum (DOE) Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff. Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Assist in budget management and financial reporting. Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
