The Clinical Pathways Manager maintains the information on the Remedy website and resolves any pathway-related queries as they arise.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Pathways Manager will be the lead for the BNSSG ICB electronic pathway/referral information system, known as Remedy. The role involves working with clinical leads across BNSSG in acute, primary and community care, transformation teams involved in pathway design in the ICB, the ICB Medicines Optimisation team, the referral service, and information system leads. The Clinical Pathways Manager will work closely with the referral service and its clinical lead to identify areas for review and development and will lead the review process to ensure all information is up to date and appropriate.
