Your Mission In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for managing and resolving complex customer issues, working to deliver timely and effective resolutions. Liaising with both customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving. Investigating and validating change of tenancy (COT) cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance before processing. Proactively identifying trends or recurring issues to improve internal processes and reduce complaints. Collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance. Key Competencies Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and suppliers. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues effectively and efficiently. Experience in complaint handling and resolution, preferably in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of the change of tenancy (COT) process or a willingness to learn. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
