Holidays: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 1 calendar year service) including bank holidays.

As Senior HR Administrator, you will report directly to the HR Operations & Talent Manager and will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from end to end, handling high volume queries, data management, and monthly HR reporting.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Process Improvement:
* Oversee and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HR operations.
* Document and standardize HR processes for the HR team.
* Perform regular checks on right to work and DBS applications status and provide weekly reporting.
Data & Reporting:
* Lead the development and reporting of key HR metrics.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and present actionable insights.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
* Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle.
* Ensure all staff files are updated and compliant on Workday system.
* Act as an escalated point of contact for employee and manager queries.
HRIS Management & Expertise:
* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the HRIS.
* Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and implement enhancements.
* Train HR team members on system functionalities.
* Conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
* Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on HR-related queries.
Compliance & Best Practices:
* Stay informed about HR legislation and best practices.
* Participate in the development of new HR initiatives.
