We are looking for individuals to join Teaching Personnel and provide Behaviour support within an educational setting around Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.
We work with a section of PRUs and Secure Units that offer support to children ranging from KS1 to KS4. These learners will often be excluded pupils, hold criminal records, and have social and emotional disorders. As such, you will support them through their education.
Your role will go beyond the classroom and often include outdoor activities and offsite activities, alongside sports participation.
The right candidate for this role needs to be energetic, outgoing, and have a passion for working with children.
Requirements
1. GCSEs: Minimum of 5
2. Experience with child-based work
3. Experience with behaviour
4. Driving License
