Sales Administrator Location: Middlesbrough Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Salary: £25,000 Responsibilities: Answer calls, process web orders, and resolve queries and complaints promptly. Prepare and follow up on quotations, log enquiries, and assist the Sales Team. Ensure accurate processing and management of orders, including delivery and cancellations. Maintain records, manage price lists, and input data for sales and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the Sales Team and colleagues, and complete industry training to enhance technical knowledge. Person Specification: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
