Paid Media Specialist - Basildon
I am currently working with an award-winning Ecommerce company who are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to come and join their evolving team.

They are seeking a driven Paid Media Specialist to join their team to create, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, boosting their online presence, engage their audience, and support revenue growth through a variety of digital channels.
The Paid Media Specialist will plan, perform in-depth keyword research and develop effective targeting strategies as well as monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights. They will execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and PPC as well as manage and grow the social media presence.
They will use their expertise to improve organic and paid search performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing adjustments to improve rankings and visibility whilst collaborating with content creators and designers to produce digital content. They are looking for someone who can stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy.
The digital marketing exec will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital platforms to help define target audience segments and tailor campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years in paid search advertising, preferably in e-commerce environment.
* Experience with major digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and keyword research tools
* Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
