About the Role
As the Partnership Manager, you’ll develop mutually beneficial, proactive and trusted relationships. In this influential role, you’ll shape our future policy and strategy, informed by research, evidence and engagement. You will also coordinate the development and implementation of action plans to ensure that we deliver on our priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders.
2. Shape policy and strategy based on research and engagement.
3. Coordinate action plans to meet council priorities.
4. Communicate effectively to drive buy-in for change.
5. Work collaboratively with senior officers and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
You’ll bring creativity and a can-do attitude to the role, inspiring both confidence and engagement. A talent for communicating, both in person and on paper, is vital too. Adaptable and well-organised, you will be able to work under pressure – within a team environment and on your own initiative to meet challenging deadlines.
