The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Framework Manager and Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the framework. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from the project team. - Managing and updating the client organogram to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Maintaining SharePoint and an organized filing system for framework documentation (standardising across frameworks - Taking detailed and actionable meeting notes, ensuring they are distributed and stored correctly. - Managing and updating the internal trackers for the project team. - Maintaining framework data, including mailing lists, org charts and maintaining emergency response - Coordinating internal framework events and team meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation. - Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use. - Supporting marketing efforts by collating data, preparing materials, and coordinating with the communications team.
