Job Title: Business Operations Administrator

What you’ll be doing:
* Carry out a range of business support activities and daily operational matters that directly support the Academy (ASK) and Early Careers provision.
* Responsible for the Academy for Skills & Knowledge room booking system and Matrix inbox queries.
* Lead and coordinate activities that support marketing and engagement.
* Support Early Careers financial control and day-to-day coordination of appropriate cost-base requirements.
* Reporting key KPI’s and presenting accurate data-led analytics around facility utilisation and capacity.
* Administer ASK operational meetings and business planning activity.
* Stakeholder liaison across the Academy for Skills & Knowledge matrix structure that includes Facility Management teams, Security, Early Careers and Audio-Visual teams.
* General administration and support to the ASK Business Operations Lead.
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience of working in a customer-focused delivery environment.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at differing levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work effectively within a small team.
* Knowledge of Tableau reporting tool desirable.
* Experience of using Coupa procurement system desirable.
* CIPD L3 and/or AAT L2 desirable or willing to work towards.
